Catering Assistant Role

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our existing team within the sandwich preparation section of our busy kitchen. The successful candidate will assist in preparing fresh sandwich platters, salads, and similar food items to a high standard for our customers.

This role is within a fast-paced kitchen environment, and the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about quality food and presentation. An immediate start is available.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous kitchen experience (essential)
• Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (desirable, but training can be provided)
• Allergen Awareness knowledge and certification
• The ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality for early morning starts
• A passion for preparing and presenting quality food
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
